All the products of this shop are imported from Republic of Vanuatu where is called as "The happiest country of the world" and all are planted in organic without using any chemicals, nor pesticides due to the national law in Vanuatu.

Vanilla powder (Ground vanilla); is 100% pure product of vanilla beans which has been perfected a cultivation system, as well as a processing and curing methodology. It is developed a slow-curing process that, although sophisticated in its sequence, is tailor-made for limited quantities of raw material and can easily be adopted by small farmers. In developing the process, the producer carried out an extensive number of tests to ensure a final product with a high content of vanillin.
Since self-pollination is practically impossible and some form of external input is almost always required, such as a large arthropod or a hummingbird. As a consequence, human intervation is necessary in specialized plantations to ensure a timely and appropriate insemination (Hand Pollination Technique) of the floweres.

Pepper corns; are also hand treated products with the strict criteria inspiring the overall production of the producer.  The curing and processing are undergone within a few hours of harvesting. By means of a purposely designed solar tunnel dryer, the overall process takes a maximum of two days. This guarantees the preservation of the pepper's original physical, chemical and organoleptic features, hence resulting in a final product of very high quality, able to compete in the most sophisticated premium markets.
